pusi888's total aggregate liability to any user for any claims arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 5,000, whichever is lower.
pusi888 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond pusi888's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
pusi888's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the pusi888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pusi888 complies with applicable Malaysian data protection requirements in handling your personal information.
pusi888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms or any Bonus Terms have been breached; (b) pusi888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected; (d) the account is involved in a money laundering investigation; or (e) the account holder requests self-exclusion under pusi888's Responsible Gaming programme.
Upon termination for breach or prohibited conduct, pusi888 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Real-money balances in accounts closed at the player's own request (absent any breach) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.
pusi888 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via notice on the Platform.
